Delete your MovoPop account
Profile → Account & data → Delete account and data → Delete permanently.
What is deleted
Your MovoPop account identity, creation records, likes, remaining Credits and entitlements, wishes, uploaded portraits, and generated files linked only to that account are deleted or scheduled for storage removal. Short-lived operational logs and rotating backups expire under their normal retention schedule. Records required for fraud, refunds, tax, disputes, or law may be retained in restricted form.
What is not cancelled automatically
An Apple App Store or Google Play subscription is a separate contract with that store. Cancel it in the store’s subscription settings before deleting your account if you do not want it to renew.
If you cannot open the app
Email support@xiaoyuelabs.com from the address associated with your sign-in and write “MovoPop account deletion” in the subject. We may ask for limited information to verify ownership. Do not send passwords, identity documents, or card numbers unless we specifically explain a lawful and secure verification method.
Timing
In-app deletion is initiated immediately. External object cleanup and backup expiry may take additional time. Support-assisted requests are normally completed within 30 days unless a shorter period is required by applicable law.
